Twice a year the governors’ chain and past district governors gather for an update on Rotary and District 5300 activities. At this January’s gathering, DGE John Chase highlighted news from the International Assembly in San Diego.  The 2018 bruch was held at the Spring Valley Lake Country Club in Victorville.
