Evaluating Where Your Club Stands:

The Rotary Health Check – is a 12-page survey that clubs can use to survey their members to get a “pulse” on their clubs. No club wants to get stagnant, this is a good year-end activity or strategic plan activity that can unify the club and help the Presidents focus on areas to improve.

Getting to Know Prospective & New Members: This 7-page document shows another survey that can be used to get the pulse of members and prospective members

The New Member:

Rotary Basics – This 44-page booklet is now part of the Membership Packet that new members receive upon induction. Or you can supplement it to your members digitally. It gives members a brief overview and history of Rotary and our values. It shows the structure of Rotary at the club and District levels. You learn about the Rotary Foundation, Grants, Public Image, and more

Introducing New Members to Rotary – This 8 page document is for the newly inducted member to learn more about Rotary by going through an orientation, being assigned a mentor, what Rotary membership will do for the member, the ROI they can expect.

Club Membership Action Plan Template – This is a great tool for the President Elects to set goals related to membership, having reviewed their stats for the last 3 years of growth & retention.
