One of the members of our Claremont Rotary Club, Peter Weinberger, likes to use his drone for aerial photography. Peter is the publisher of our local paper, the Claremont Courier. He brought the drone to our party, which took place in my backyard in north Claremont. The first photo is taken looking southwest. In the distance are the bright lights of the Pomona Fairgrounds. Then there are some closer shots of the tables and so on.
It was a great evening, with about 60 guests in attendance, who enjoyed music, fellowship, and a lot of great food. All the hard work it took putting up the lights and decorating tables was well worth it.
